About Aelish

I found acupuncture over a decade ago when it transformed my own health after struggling with PMDD, a severe hormone imbalance, since my adolescence.

I was initially a little sceptical. ‘Acupuncture for hormonal health?’ But at the time, in an unresourced and unhappy place, I was curious enough to give it a go.

With treatment, my symptoms began to ease, and my vitality returned. But the most profound changes were felt at a deeper level. For the first time, my restless mind quietened and I began to truly feel at home in my body again. Acupuncture didn’t just address my symptoms; it helped me reconnect with myself. I gained a new level of self-awareness, clarity, and purpose that I never imagined possible.

I believe wellness is available to everyone. Our symptom’s are messengers, gently urging us to slow down, reflect and find a new way of being. I am here, as a guide, to support you through that process.

My extensive, three-year degree level training at the Acupuncture Academy in Leamington Spa provided the foundation for my practice.

Since graduating I have continued to deepen my knowledge through CPD training and mentoring with internationally respected acupuncturists, including Judy Worsley, Laurie Dechar, Rebecca Avern, Ann Cecil Sterman and Jon Baik, among others. I am passionate about root cause medicine and getting to the heart of what's going on for my clients, whether addressing women's health, children's health or emotional and psychological challenges.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my family - both two and four legged - cooking healthy and nutritious meals, exploring the outdoors with a camera in hand and unwinding with pilates, meditation, or a good book.
